Routine cases are typically assigned within hours and served within 1–3 business days. Rush service (same-day or next-day) is available for urgent situations — call us directly.

What happens if the subject refuses service?

Refusing to take documents doesn't stop service. Our servers are trained in constructive service techniques and can document the refusal as valid service in most jurisdictions.

Can you serve high-profile or wealthy individuals with security staff?

Yes. We are experienced with subjects in gated communities, with personal security, and who use attorneys to intercept service. We work through proper legal channels to accomplish service on any subject — no one is above being served.

What documentation will I receive?

You'll receive an Affidavit of Service documenting who was served, how, when, and where. If service couldn't be completed, you'll receive an Affidavit of Diligence with all documented attempts.
