Our Story

Faithful Path Investigations was founded with a singular mission: to deliver the most professional, thorough, and court-ready investigative and process serving services in the industry. We're not a call center that farms your work to unknown contractors — we're a hands-on, veteran-operated agency that takes personal responsibility for every case we accept.

Based in Cass County, Missouri, we serve clients throughout the state and nationwide — from solo attorneys managing a handful of civil cases to regional firms with high-volume process serving needs. Every client gets the same relentless attention to detail.

When we say we do everything legally possible to complete a case, we mean it. Evasive defendants, dangerous neighborhoods, uncooperative building management — these are obstacles, not excuses. We adapt, we pursue, and we document every step of the way.

Our Founder

James Cassaday, owner and principal investigator, is a U.S. Navy submarine veteran who earned the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his service. He holds a degree in criminal justice and brings military-grade discipline and mission-completion mentality to every engagement.

That background isn't just a credential — it shapes the way we operate. Process discipline, documentation standards, attention to detail, and an unwillingness to quit until the mission is complete. These are values forged in submarine service and applied daily to our work.
