Effective.
We serve the simplest to the most complex and dangerous subjects — doing everything legally possible to complete every assignment. Evasion is not an acceptable outcome.

- Varied attempt times — morning, evening, weekend, weekday
- Stakeout and surveillance — patiently waiting for the right moment
- Skip tracing integration — locating relocated defendants in real time

Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can you serve documents?
Routine cases are typically assigned within hours and served within 1–3 business days. Rush service (same-day or next-day) is available for urgent situations — call us directly.
What happens if the subject refuses service?
Refusing to take documents doesn't stop service. Our servers are trained in constructive service techniques and can document the refusal as valid service in most jurisdictions.
Do you serve in rural areas?
Yes. We cover all of Missouri and have an affiliate network covering all 50 states, including rural counties with no local process server.
What documentation will I receive?
You'll receive an Affidavit of Service documenting who was served, how, when, and where. If service couldn't be completed, you'll receive an Affidavit of Diligence with all documented attempts.
