Service of Process

Ruthless. Legal.
Effective.

We serve the simplest to the most complex and dangerous subjects — doing everything legally possible to complete every assignment. Evasion is not an acceptable outcome.

What We Serve

We handle the full spectrum of process serving — from straightforward residential delivery to high-stakes corporate service and evasive defendants in volatile situations. No case is too routine or too difficult.

  • Summons and complaints
  • Subpoenas (personal, business, records)
  • Restraining orders and injunctions
  • Eviction notices and unlawful detainer
  • Divorce and family law documents
  • Small claims court documents
  • Demand letters and legal notices
  • Deposition notices
  • Wage garnishment documents
  • Federal civil process

Evasive Defendant Specialists

When subjects know they're being sued, they get creative about avoidance. Our servers are trained to handle every evasion tactic legally and professionally:

  • Varied attempt times — morning, evening, weekend, weekday
  • Stakeout and surveillance — patiently waiting for the right moment
  • Skip tracing integration — locating relocated defendants in real time
  • Substituted service — when authorized by court order
  • Posting / nail and mail — authorized alternative service
  • Affidavit of Diligence — documented non-service for alternative service motions

How We Document Every Attempt

📹
Body Camera on Every Attempt
Every service attempt is body-cam recorded. We provide video evidence that the attempt was made, what occurred, and what was observed at the location.
📍
GPS-Timestamped Records
Every visit is GPS-stamped with exact coordinates and time. This creates an unimpeachable record for your affidavit of service or diligence.
📋
Court-Ready Affidavits
Our affidavits of service and diligence are drafted to meet Missouri court standards and federal requirements. They hold up under challenge.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can you serve documents?

Routine cases are typically assigned within hours and served within 1–3 business days. Rush service (same-day or next-day) is available for urgent situations — call us directly.

What happens if the subject refuses service?

Refusing to take documents doesn't stop service. Our servers are trained in constructive service techniques and can document the refusal as valid service in most jurisdictions.

Do you serve in rural areas?

Yes. We cover all of Missouri and have an affiliate network covering all 50 states, including rural counties with no local process server.

What documentation will I receive?

You'll receive an Affidavit of Service documenting who was served, how, when, and where. If service couldn't be completed, you'll receive an Affidavit of Diligence with all documented attempts.
