Who We Are
Faithful Path Investigations was founded by James Cassaday, a U.S. Navy submarine veteran who spent years developing the discipline, attention to detail, and cool-under-pressure mindset that elite fieldwork demands. After transitioning from military service, James brought those same standards to the private investigations and process serving industry — and found that the field desperately needed them.
We hold Missouri PI Agency License #2025036830, are accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and are members of NAPPS — the National Association of Professional Process Servers. These aren't just credentials on a wall. They represent a commitment to legal compliance, ethical conduct, and professional excellence.
What 'Christian-Based' Means in Practice
A faith-based company in the investigations industry might seem like an unusual combination.
