Service of Process
A: We proudly serve Cass County, Jackson County, Bates County, Henry County, Johnson County (MO & KS), and surrounding areas — with nationwide process serving available through our trusted investigator network.
A: Yes. In Missouri, process servers are often appointed as Special Process Servers under Rule 57.09, when approved by the court. In Kansas, servers must be authorized under K.S.A. 60-303. All Faithful Path process servers follow these rules, ensuring every serve is legally valid and properly documented.

A: Yes. Once service is completed, we provide a signed Affidavit or Return of Service in compliance with Missouri Rule 57.09 or Kansas statutes, ready for court filing. Digital copies are emailed for your records.
