Job Initiation & Payment
Services will begin only after full payment is received and all required documentation is provided. Additional fees may apply for expedited or rush service, extended mileage, service at multiple addresses, or repeated attempts beyond the standard limits. The Affidavit of Service or Final Report will not be released until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
Cancellations & Refunds
Jobs may be canceled by submitting written notice to operations@faithfulpathinvestigations.com. Once field service attempts have started, no refund will be issued. Refunds are evaluated on a per-job basis and are not guaranteed.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times vary depending on the nature, location, and complexity of each job. While Faithful Path Investigations makes every effort to complete services promptly, no specific timeframe is guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Client Responsibilities
The Client affirms that all information provided is accurate and that the services requested are for lawful purposes. The Client also agrees to fully cooperate and provide any documentation or clarification needed to complete the assignment.
Confidentiality
All services and information obtained during the engagement are handled with strict confidentiality. Faithful Path Investigations will not release any information without the Client’s written consent or unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Faithful Path Investigations is not responsible for the outcome of legal proceedings or the results of any investigation. We are not liable for delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information, client non-responsiveness, or factors beyond our control, including weather conditions and safety risks.
Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Faithful Path Investigations, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from:
(a) the Client’s misuse of services;
(b) any inaccurate, false, or misleading information provided by the Client;
(c) the Client’s violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights; or
(d) any claim that the requested services or resulting actions caused harm to a third party.
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or completion of this Agreement and remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the appropriate court located in Cass County, Missouri.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the services provided by Faithful Path Investigations, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation in Cass County, Missouri, before pursuing legal action. Mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon neutral third party. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may seek relief in the appropriate state court located in Cass County, Missouri. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise awarded by the court. This section shall not prevent either party from seeking immediate injunctive or equitable relief if necessary to protect their rights.
Amendments
Faithful Path Investigations reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
