Do you need a repossession license in Missouri or Kansas?

No. Missouri and Kansas do not require a separate repossession license. Physical recovery is conducted under state self-help repossession statutes, and investigative work is conducted under Missouri PI Agency License #2025036830.

Can you just locate the asset without doing the physical recovery?

What if the subject confronts your team during recovery?

We do not breach the peace. If a repossession is contested at the scene, we stop, document the confrontation, and return. We then provide you with a report suitable for attorney-directed legal proceedings.
